Five older Success scenarios return alongside the new ones, which makes the Success mode the largest part of the game. The World Baseball Classic story trains a first-round draft pick, and that player can be built as a two-way star. Eisho Nine now includes a three-year mode, and MyLife adds more romance candidates than before. Online play on PS4 is limited to two players. Older Success storylines carry the sports-game structure of earlier entries, so the format will feel familiar.

Train a draft pick in the World Baseball Classic Success mode
Manage a high school team in Eisho Nine and aim for Koshien
Build a custom player and enter the My Player League online
Collect teammates in Power Fes to win the tournament
Face past national team players in Legend Battle
