Two players take turns completing one crossword, drawing letters from a deck and scoring as they place words. The grid follows the Scandinavian layout, with clues printed inside it, and some clues are pictures. Hints and auto-save are built in, and no timer runs. The turn-based format means each puzzle is a score contest rather than a solo solve, so a single answer rarely settles it.
