Tic Tac Toe - 2 Player XO is the classic three-in-a-row grid with two ways to play. Against the computer, you pick Easy, Medium or Hard. In 2 player mode, two people take turns on one phone, which replaces pencil and paper. Glow effects and animations dress up the board. The rules never change, so every game is the familiar 3x3 grid, and the Hard level mostly suits players who want a tougher opponent.
