Brain Out runs on riddles whose obvious answer is the wrong one. Each question tests logic, reflexes, accuracy, memory or creativity, so one level may want a quick tap and the next a strange idea. Solutions deliberately break normal thinking, which is the main surprise. Questions are short and the process is simple. Humorous sound effects follow each answer. Trick questions can feel arbitrary once the pattern is familiar, and the game asks for no knowledge beyond lateral thinking.
