Battles run on simple taps, so no complicated controls stand between you and the action. Each crew member has to be tapped at the right moment to keep a combo going. Every character also carries a special move with its own flashy animation. Quests replay the original story, beginning in Foosha Village where young Luffy meets Red-Haired Shanks. New crewmates come from wanted posters collected at the tavern, and the roster is large; the system rewards building a crew rather than relying on one favorite.
