Pokémon Masters EX has you assemble teams of Trainers, each paired with a Pokémon, and send them into three-on-three battles. Characters from Paldea, Hisui and other regions appear in outfits made for this game, with stories tied to them. A Trainer Lodge lets you build bonds, and a photo mode takes up to three Trainers per shot. Hatching Eggs adds new Pokémon to a roster. The bond-driven battles are the only combat format described.
