The rule that matters here is the gate: swiping left or right through one adds more foods to your crowd, and the crowd's size is the whole score. That suits short, low-pressure runs with one-thumb control and no reading. At the end of a level the foods jump into another food's mouth to unlock new ones, and coins upgrade your starting crowd. Anyone wanting varied obstacles or deeper challenge will find only one road and one gesture.
