Ancient Egypt is the setting, and you cross it on foot and by boat along the Nile. Combat is built on looted weapons that differ in rarity and traits, with progression mechanics and bosses to test them. Quests introduce characters from high-born to outcast, and the story traces how the Assassin's Brotherhood began. The game is single player only. It covers deserts, oases and the Mediterranean coast, and it suits players who want a large map and weapon-driven combat.
