Cities: Skylines - Remastered is single player, and the PlayStation 5 version includes access to the PS4 edition. You lay out roads, bus lines and parks, then balance water, electricity, police, healthcare and the budget as citizens make new demands. Twenty-five buildable tiles, unrestricted placement and a quick selection tool help once a town grows large. Start small, watch the traffic, and expand one tile at a time.
