Online play runs up to 8 players, so a shared world is possible on mobile, console and PC alike. Creative mode gives unlimited resources for building, while Survival mode adds night enemies, tool crafting and mining. Slash commands let you change the weather, the time of day or summon mobs. The world is open and has no fixed goal. Xbox players will find the game included with Game Pass, and Creative mode suits a first session with friends.
