Up to five players can team up online, and the rest of the squad is computer-controlled. That changes planning, because each mission depends on squad selection, gear and how the team breaches a room. Shots pass through walls, furniture and bodies, so cover is never fully safe. Losing a squadmate or hostage hurts the survivors' performance. Missions reward patient clearing over speed, and the PS5 version suits a coordinated group best.
