A ratizen without a job grows unhappy, so the mayor opens a new post, sets a tax rate and watches wealth shift across the city. Each citizen has a different level of wealth and different traits, which makes jobs and services matter. Policies let you tax harder or soften social disasters. Expeditions into the Underworld bring back old remains, though some trips might wake apex predators. This PS5 game is single player only, with no shared city.
