Fallout 4 is strictly single player, so nothing here depends on a connection or a partner. Play starts when the sole survivor of Vault 111 steps into the Commonwealth and builds a character through the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. system and its perks. Combat runs in first or third person, with V.A.T.S. slowing time for targeted shots. Settlement building and crafting are deep, though they take real time to learn. Game Pass and PS Plus Extra both include it.
