Two players crouch behind cover in a ruined village while one of them, playing Kait or Del, flanks a monstrous enemy and the other holds the line as JD Fenix. The campaign supports local split-screen or online co-op. Horde 3.0 puts five players against escalating waves, with combat classes, skill levels and fortifications placed anywhere on the map. Versus matches run at 60fps on dedicated servers. Xbox Play Anywhere covers Xbox and PC, and Game Pass includes it.
