Days of Empire has real-time chat with built-in translation, so it is meant to be played alongside other people. You start as the sultan's chosen successor and build a fortress, grow an economy and gather armies. Over 50 Ottoman heroes can be combined with different troop types and weapons. Alliances take strongholds together, and PVP, PVE and Kingdom War modes sit alongside naval battles. Join an alliance early, since strongholds and shared resources are tied to group play.
