Dead Island 2 Review
A Slayer sprints through Beverly Hills, swings a weapon at a charging zombie, then lights it up before the next one lunges. Six characters each have their own personality, and the skill system lets you re-spec instantly to test odd builds. Dozens of zombie types fill an open Los Angeles, from Beverly Hills to Venice Beach. Online co-op runs on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, and it is included with Game Pass. Combat stays first-person melee, so ranged play is a minor part.
