DYNASTY WARRIORS 8: Xtreme Legends Review
The core rule here is the one-versus-thousands battlefield: a single officer cuts through whole armies in Romance of the Three Kingdoms battles. That suits players who want to fight in huge crowds and care more about the sweep of each battle than about tactics. Lu Bu gets his own story mode, plus new weapon types, extra playable characters, a revamped Ambition Mode and a Challenge Mode. Online co-op tops out at two players, and extra hardware is needed for interconnectivity.
