Three cities hold three separate stories: Liberty City, a 1980s Vice City and early-1990s Los Santos with the wider state of San Andreas. Each game is open to roam, and cars can be taken from anyone. The update adds new lighting, sharper textures, longer draw distances and Grand Theft Auto V-style controls and targeting. It is single player only, and the stories are told in sequence.

Take any car on the street by jacking its driver
Follow story missions through Liberty City first
Head across San Andreas to take control of the streets
