Reputation across harbors and factions decides which jobs open up, so progress depends on finishing cargo runs, Tide Guard rescues, firefighting and patrols. That suits captains who want a career and a growing fleet, plus up to four players sharing duties on one ship. Currents, weather and waves change how each route handles. Anyone after fast action will find little of it, since the work is navigation and port-to-port logistics.
